Withdrawal Instruction & Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw your contractual statement within two weeks without stating reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if the good is surrendered to you before the term – by returning the good. The term begins upon receipt of this written notification however not before receipt of the items by the receiving party (in the case of repeat deliveries of the same goods, but not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before meeting our information obligations in accordance with Section 312c, para 2 of the German Civil Code in connection with Section 1, para 1, 2 and 4 German Civil Code - InfoV as well as our obligations under Section 312e para 1 sentence 1 in conjunction with the German Civil Code Section 3 - InfoV. The duly sending of the withdrawal notice or goods is sufficient in order to safeguard the period of withdrawal. The withdrawal notice is to be sent to:

Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of an effective withdrawal, the benefits received by each party shall be reimbursed and if necessary, shall be compensation for the capitalised use (e.g. interest). If you cannot provide us with the benefits received in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you will be obliged to pay us compensation for the value. With the surrendering of goods, this does not apply if, on its examination, the deterioration of the good is solely due to how to it would have been in a shop.
By the way, you can avoid the duty of compensation for a aggravation resulting from the conventional usage of the good in case you do not use the item as if it was your belonging and refrain from everything that affects its value.
Goods which are able to be sent as parcels are to be sent back at our risk. You have to bear the cost of returning the consignment if the goods supplied matches those ordered, and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 Euro or, if in the case of a higher price of the good at the time of withdrawal, you have still not paid the compensation or a contractually agreed part payment. Otherwise, the return consignment for you is free of charge. Goods which are not able to be sent as parcels will be collected from you. Obligations to reimburse payments should be met within 30 days. For you the term begins with the sending of your statement of withdrawal or the good, for us with its receipt.
